The Website
Shopping online with Organico is easy and secure. Our minimum order is a case of 12 bottles, exceptions being pre-mixed trios and gift packages, which may be bought singly. We sell all our other wines by a case of 12 bottles but give you the opportunity to choose the 12 bottles, which will make up your case. If you are not sure which wine to choose, we also offer some pre-mixed cases that have been put together by our wine experts.

Searching
There are three ways to search - 'Search The Cellar', 'Wine Name (full or part)' and 'Wine List'. The 'Search The Cellar' facility displayed on the left is divided into Wine Type, Country, Region, Vineyard and Grape Type. You can choose any combination to refine your search. Any selection automatically filters the other criteria with the relevant information. If you know what you are looking for you can use the 'Wine Name (full or part)' box or for a list of wines click on the 'Wine List' button.

Using 'Search The Cellar' or 'Wine Name (full or part)' delivers a summary page. For full details about a specific wine simply click on either the bottle or on 'More Info'. You can add a bottle of wine to your shopping trolley by clicking the 'Buy' button on the summary page or by clicking the 'Buy this Wine' button on the full description page.

Shopping Trolley
After clicking a buy button you will be taken to a page called 'Add to Trolley' where you choose the quantity of wine you require and add it to your trolley. The quantity is automatically set to 1 and if you intend to add 1 item to your trolley just click the 'Add to Trolley' button. However, if you would like to increase the quantity, please type the number of items into the 'Choose Quantity' box and click the 'Recalculate' button. The page will refresh and display the recalculated quantity and cost, then click the 'Add to Trolley' button.

The 'View Shopping Trolley' page then shows you a detailed list of your order including delivery costs. On this page you can 'Edit' quantities, 'Remove' items from your trolley, 'Go to Checkout' (please note your order must be in multiples of 12, excepting pre-mixed trios and gift packages) or 'Carry on Shopping'. You can return to this page at any time by clicking on 'View Trolley' in the top right of your screen.

Checkout
When you have finished making your selections, simply click on 'View Trolley' or 'Checkout' in the top right of your screen, which will then allow you to complete the order process. If you are already viewing the Shopping Trolley then click on 'Go to Checkout' to complete the order process.

You will be asked to register or login and the list of products you have ordered will appear, indicating quantities, cost per item, together with your subtotal, delivery costs, and the total amount of your order.

Registration
If you are a new customer you can choose to register before shopping by clicking on 'Login/Register' in the top right of your screen, or you can register after you have completed your shopping and are proceeding to the checkout. At the Login/Register page click on 'Register' and enter your details and click the 'Register' button to confirm your registration.

Passwords
A password and valid email address is required to register and to uniquely identify you as an Organico customer. This password and email address will then be used whenever you login and you will need to login whenever you wish to purchase a product. If you forget your password - don't worry! Click on the 'Login/Register' in the top right of your screen and then follow the 'Forgotten your password?' hyperlink. An automatic email will be sent to your email address with your password.

Order Confirmation
Every time you complete an Organico order, an order confirmation is sent to your registered email address.

Login
Once you have registered, you will be able to login at any time by clicking 'Login/Register' in the top right of your screen. If you wish to purchase any products and have not logged in, you will be prompted to do so before proceeding to the checkout.

Payment
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the current rate. All payment details are taken via an 128-bit encrypted secure system. As an additional security precaution we do not store any credit card details on our website. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta and Switch.

2 – 3 cases/pre-mixed trios/gift packages £9.00
4 – 6 cases/pre-mixed trios/gift packages £12.00
Additional cases/pre-mixed trios/gift packages thereafter £2.50 each

Organico wine orders are sent with Amtrak Winetrack Service, who will deliver Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.30pm. We are not able to specify a delivery time but on the order form, in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box, you can request that the case(s) be left with a neighbour or another safe place if you expect to be out. Alternatively, you can elect to have your order delivered to another address, such as your place of work.

We will process your order as quickly as possible but please allow up to 5 working days for it to arrive. In any event we will let you know by email when to expect your order. Please be sure to order in plenty of time at Christmas, as delays are likely at this time of year.

If your order doesn't arrive please contact us on 015394 31122 or email us and we will track the progress of your order.

Please check your order on arrival and let us know as soon as possible if there is anything broken or missing and we will endeavour to sort the problem out without delay. For 'unattended deliveries' neither the carrier nor Organico shall be liable for any loss or damage to the goods after the consignment has been delivered and/or left in accordance with the 'Special Delivery Instructions' as specified on the order form.

Please note delivery is to the UK mainland only excluding the Scottish Highlands. Please contact us for a quote for delivery to the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Substitutions
If an item you ordered is out of stock, a substitute may be used to complete an order. Someone from Organico will endeavour to contact you to explain the situation and, where necessary, discuss the possible alternatives. In the absence of instructions to the contrary, an appropriate substitute will be made, providing we are confident that it is of similar quality and style and is either equal or greater in value to the item ordered.

Cancellations
You may cancel your wine order for any reason up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery provided that all the bottles are returned to us unopened and intact. We will refund you within 30 days from the cancellation date, although please note we are not able to reimburse the delivery charge for cancelled orders.

Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction with our products and our service is important to us. If you have a query about the wine you have received please contact us immediately and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

Age Restriction
Under UK law you must be aged 18 years old to purchase alcohol. By placing an order with Organico you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old and that you will not provide alcohol to be consumed by anyone under the age of 18.
